Anyone can be happy, whenever they want because happiness lies in every single good action. Our parents teachings a that great gift of our life which no one can ever give to us. Life is very unpredictable, parents have lots of experiences in their life, so they don't want us to suffer with the same. These moral action is for everyone, if we are good to ourselves we should be good to others also.
