Answer #1

Answer: For any work there should be evaluation of the it. Nursing is one of the profession where evalaution is most important as it involves the care of the patients. The main aim of the nursing is to take proper care of the patient and provide them better treatment. At once in a month, formally evaluate each employee by writing a performance review and holding a meeting with the employee. To prepare, gather and review all of the documents and records relating to the employee's performance, productivity, and behavior.

I would recommend the feedback forms to be filled by the patient regarding the performance of the nurse. Alternatively twice in a month getting verbal feedback with the patient will be more effective. And once in a month meeting of managers and employees should be held. The best performer should be rewarded so as to encourage the employees.
