Every individual is unique. There can be certain difference and similarities between conversation made .Productive self talk refers to the ability to present oneself in an optimistic or positive way. The will power to do certain task when they make a decision .These are often powerful when they work hard for it. In academic success it depends whether the individual has struggled and gained knowledge or not.If there is a lack of hard work and effort this academic success cannot be achieved .
