Answer : Lungs is the main respiratory organ, the doctor may hear normal breathing sounds, decreased or absent breath sounds, and abnormal breath sounds. Absent or decreased sounds can mean that air or fluid in or around the lungs (such as pneumonia, heart failure, and pleural effusion).

The nurse should apply the oxygen mask to the patient as soon as possible and also take blood samples for the further test. Because sometimes increase in the white blood cells also signifies the symptoms of infections. Antibiotics should be given with the concern of the doctor through IV. X-Ray should be done to know the clear cause. A nurse should take care of the patient and try to avoid the condition of hypoxia .
