The pros of this system is that it helps the country to achieve universally acceptable and affordable health coverage and better health outcomes of it's consumers.
The cons or ramifications could be issues in health care budget, reduced freedom in making personal choice, increased tax in health care, decreased financial earning for private clinicians or practitioners due to less and fixed cost of medical bills.
