It is a self reflective process.

The outcomes of self assessment are:

1. What is being achieved by day to day activities

2. How much knowledge is gained through learning processes

3. Needs and ambitions are identified

4. Identification of processes, practices that are useful and valuable

5. Better decision making and positive changes

6. Self assessment lets one know how much they have grown and learnt in life.
