Answer #1

Symptomatic management and diet is very imortant in chronic renal failure patients. Those patients are very tired and insomnic so rest and avoidance of physical exertion is very important. Management of electrolyte imbalance is another main concern like hyperkalaia* hyperphosphataemia*hypocalcaemia*hpyermagnesimia. Hypervolemia and Hypertension is troublesome for patients, So this diuretic phase we can manage with antihypertensives diuretics antibiotics and dialysis. Safety and seizure precaution should taken like lubricating eye drops, management of pruritis also there.
