explain early amd late asthmatic responses and the cells responsible for the response
•ANSWER•
•Early Asthmatic Response– Acute asthmatic attack due to inhaled allergen (antigen) and IgE (antibody) reaction and it will resolve within 1 to 2 hours by the disodium cromoglycate and not by corticosteroids.
•Late Asthmatic Response– Late asthmatic Response followed by the early asthmatic response due to antigen and antibody (IgG, IgE, and IgM ) reaction. It will resolve two to six hours with the disodium cromoglycate and corticosteroids.
•Pathosiology of asthmatic attack– Hyperresponsiveness of the immune system due to triggered by allergic challenge and it will cause vasodilation of the bronchial tree.it will increase plasma exudate.
•Resposible cells for an asthmatic response– T cells, Macrophages, Dendritic cells, Eosinophils, Neutrophils, Mast cells, and Basophils are the responsible cells for the asthmatic attack.
