Cerebrovascular accident (CVA) is a medical terminology which refers to the disruption or loss of blood supply to the brain causing damage to the brain tissue also referred to sometimes as a stroke. The risk of CVA are due to multiple factors and incidences such as:
1. Smoking
2. High blood pressure/ hypertension
3. High fat and salt intake regularly
4. High blood cholesterol levels
5. High stress
6. Sedentary lifestyle and obesity
So someone is at a higher risk of having CVA due to the lifestyle
patterns, high stress jobs or task for a longer time, alcohol and
drug abuse, unhealthy dietary patterns are major factors and
reasons for CVA. This can be effectively prevented by following a
healthy lifestyle changes and abstainig from unhealthy foods and
alcohol use,and including active excersie activities.
