I think Automated Self- Administered 24- hour (ASA24) Dietary assessment tool.It is created by national cancer institute. Food diaries can be used to collect data of 24 hrs.

Researcher can do a complete assessment or analysis of the foods and beverages consumed during the collection time frame.

It is very effective because it helps in analysis of nutrient intake and compare diet assessment methods.

It may full fill the needs of individual client.because it easy to administer.different clients have different concept about their diet.we can also find their perceptions related to diet.

24 hr recall is a type of nutritional history only.

Researcher may face difficulty if he included illiterate clients or unconscious clients.otherwise it is good.it may also give information to determine next steps.they can take remedial measures after analysis.
