- patient will have bp 90 mmHg or greater, absence of orthostasis, heart rate beats 60- 100bpm.
- patient will have Moisturised mouth mucosa and lips .
- patient's skin Will be warm .
2 long term goals :
-Patient will have Increase in Urine output .
- Patient will be normvolemic.
- patient will have hydrated skin , no sunken eyes , appropriate skin turgidity ,
- patient will have tear during cry and decrease in irritability .
