I manage the stress through following plan :
1. Take proper rest and 8 hours of good night's sleep
2. In the morning I make a routine to exercise and meditate
regularly. This helps relax body and mind. It also helps bring
positive energy and eliminate negativity.
3. Nutrition: I take proper care of what I eat. Proper diet that
contains balanced amount of macro and micro nutrients helps deal
with physical stress on body and keeps me fit to deal with extra
work.
