Make a plan for how you will prevent stress from building up and reduce your stress when it is high. Professional responsibilities can sometimes lead to stress which can affect the mental and physical health.
Transition of responsibility bring about change which is the main cause of stress.
I get to know when I am stressed through some physiological symptoms:

1. headache and fatigue

2. sleep disturbances

3. lack of interest in professional activity

I manage the stress through following plan :

1. Take proper rest and 8 hours of good night's sleep

2. In the morning I make a routine to exercise and meditate regularly. This helps relax body and mind. It also helps bring positive energy and eliminate negativity.
3. Nutrition: I take proper care of what I eat. Proper diet that contains balanced amount of macro and micro nutrients helps deal with physical stress on body and keeps me fit to deal with extra work.
