production of all type of blood cells and blood plasma occur in a
hematopoietic system that includes organ tissue like bone marrow,
liver, spleen. hematopoiesis process body manufacture blood cells.
pink marrow found in the hollow inside the middle portion of the
long bones. there are several diseases involve in the bone marrow.
in case of severe blood loss body convert yellow marrow back to red
marrow to increase the blood cell production.
2, lower leg contains 30 bones. it include the femur, patella,
tibia, fibula, tarsal bones, metatarsal bones, phalanges. femur
provide weight-bearing and stability of gait. Tibia's main function
in the leg is to bear weight. patella increases the forces from
quardicepts muscles. the fibula is a long, thin and lateral bone,
it runs parallel to the tibia. it stabilizes the ankle and
supporting muscles of the lower leg. tarsal bone provides movement
in the foot. phalanges support fingernails on the dorsal side of
the fingers.
3, patient have limited movmenent in left knee. left knee has knee
cap called patella. it is a semifalt, triankle bone. it move when
knee bends. it increase the force from quadriceps muscle that
streaghen and extend the knee.when there is break over a patella
quadrcpes can not streghtne the knee and patient have limited
movement in the lower leg.
