10 pm : 1 full glass of pomegranate juice 31gms of sugar.

Afternoon : 1 cup of Brown rice with veggies 100gms of sugar.

Evening : 1 full bowl of fruit salad 15 gms of sugar

Night : 2 chapati with mutton curry 30gms of sugar

3. Total grams of sugar intake for 1 day is 180gms.

4. a. I thought that the intake sugar has become more.Because the normal intake of sugar should be 150gms per day.

b. Yes , ofcourse I should make fewer changes in my diet to take with in the limits.

I have to cut down the quantity of rice and add more fresh fruits and vegetables that contains natural sugars.
