a. Sodium intake per day for a normal healthy person is about 3400mg per day or 3.4gram per day. But the sodium consumed per day is more than this
b. The sodium intake has increased nowadays. To decrease sodium intake the salt intake should be decreased. The foods that are rich in sodium are all preservative added foods like jam, biscuits, French fries, salted butter ,pizza, burger etc. If we can reduce the intake of such Jung food we can really normalise our sodium intake
