b. The sodium intake has increased nowadays. To decrease sodium intake the salt intake should be decreased. The foods that are rich in sodium are all preservative added foods like jam, biscuits, French fries, salted butter ,pizza, burger etc. If we can reduce the intake of such Jung food we can really normalise our sodium intake
