Absorption: 80% of oral dose absorbed from GI tract.

Distribution: Highly protein-bound

Metabolism: Undergoes biotransformation in the liver

Excretion: Excreted mainly in urine,with some biliary excreation.Plasma half-life ranges from 2-4 hours.
