Good morning, this is Ms Mavis at the elementary school. We are meeting soon to plan our breakfast and lunch program for the school but need some nutritional advice. We want to provide well balance meals but my staff are mostly volunteers and really don’t know much about macro and micro nutrients. What I need is for you to put together a training manual that shows them what nutrients are essential, explain the major nutrients, and give them some examples of how they can be used in appropriate recipes for children. The more pictures of the foods the better. My people are really visual and want to make the food as attractive to children as possible.

Actually a HISTORY question: what tactics does Einhard use to portray Charlemagne in "Life of Charlemagne" and what tactics does Procipius use to describe Justinian in a positive light in the "Nika Riots"? Ive posted both excerpts. "Life of Charlemagne" Charles the Great, (Charlemagne in French) reigned 768-814 as king of the Franks and the most important ruler of the Carolingian Dynasty, conquering lands in what is now Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. On Christmas Day 800 C.E., Pope Leo...

Exploring Innovation in Action Power to the People – Lifeline Energy Trevor Baylis was quite a swimmer in his youth, representing Britain at the age of 15. So it wasn’t entirely surprising that he ended up working for a swimming pool firm in Surrey before setting up his own company. He continued his swimming passion – working as a part-time TV stuntman doing underwater feats – but also followed an interest in inventing things. One of the projects he began...
