One-on-One/Group Interviews
These interviews are quite common and involve the candidate being
questioned by one person.
Introductory
Interviewer will ask you to introduce yourself first. Give a brief introduction of yourself starting from name, address, family, qualifications, experience, your achievements, and hobby etc.in short.
Academics qualifications and experience:
Questions related to your academic qualifications and experienced will be asked. Few points to keep in mind while answering are try to answer the best you can and show politeness, honesty ,reasonability, to the point , never make assumptions, never lie about the things you don’t have or you do not have experience.
Documents to carry:
Carry all your necessary documents of academics and experience certificates both in xeroz form and original copy. Never forget to carry passport size photo also.
Accomplishments/Achievements:
If you have accomplishment that you most proud of, mention in brief that will impressed the interviewer.
Knowledge of Organization/Industry:
Know about the organisation.
Why did you select or what attracts you to this organisation might ask you so prepare for that. Do a little research on the organisation if you don’t know anything about.
