Answer #1

In this case peta has sued on Mr slater on behalf of the monkey named naruto who took the selfie himself by picking up the camera of Mr slater. They argues that though it is the camera of Mr slater but the selfie was taken by Naruto. But It is obvious that money who is an animal cannot be given an copyright issue. But lawyers for Mr Slater later argues that his company Wildlife personalities ltd has the commercial copyright on the selfies and photographs. As a Result of which Mr slater had to compromise that 25 % of his future revenue will be given in charity in order to protect crested macques in Indonesia
