Under this program, the state can easily provide the programs and services to the people who are not under the medicaid programprogram but due to this program they can easily avail care. The waiver can provide the services to the residents who are not eligible for the medicaid program. Hence this also contribute in the development of the State Medicaid Plans by increasing the number of the policies and services that can benefit the residents and community. It enable to provide healthcare costs control.
