With advancement of technology and improved standards of living the urban polulation have increased a lot. With modernisation there is tremendous damage to the nature. So one of the major problem that every city has is pollution. Pollution is of different types, air pollution, water pollution and noise pollution. The fact that we should accept is that it doesn't have a permanent solution. Instead it can be minimised.

Solutions.

Planting more trees.

Encouraging use of public transport.

Proper waste disposal systems.

Rain water harvesting.

Rules and regulations to set up factories and to control and properly manage the waste generated by factories.

Proper management biomedical waste.

Pollution control certificates for all vehicles.

Practicing proper methods of waste management for biodegradable and non biodegradable items.
