Social and economical factors such as income ,education ,employment, community safety,and social support can significantly affect the quality of health care outcome. These factors affect our ability to make healthy choices afford medical care and housing, manage stress and more. Education showing gratitude high school or attended some colleages in addition to the percentage of tene and young adults.Employment ,detailing unemployment statistics. Income ,looking at children in poverty and income iniequality. Family and social support , providing information in acessing to social oppertunities. There are four principle that helps to improve the quality of care are ,

1.Consumer focus: There is no straight forward approach to a consistent,pati patcentered experience across the care continnum ,but it should be a guiding goal

2.Strong partnership,forms bond with other leaders across the system,iincluding physician,human resource and information technology.

3.QI culture ,give some of the responsibilities for quality improvement to clinical staff and other stakeholders. When clinicians and other staff members on board. Improvement are more likely to succeed.

4.Aligned metrics: it's hard to share metrics across multiple stakeholders,but take advantage when possible. Changing an internal culture is one of the key steps for any efforts in improvements ,be it for patient safety or quality.

CQI is a quality management process that encourages all health care team members for satisfaction. Integrating Harries and enables that modify implementation and impact of CQI possess conceptual and methodological changes in quality of care.It enhance capacity for comparison across setting and contribute better understanding of key success factors.
