The nursing curriculum need changes in the present time. The curriculum should include how to behave with patients, caregivers and public in any situation. Give mind management programme to the graduate so that they can maintain a healthy relationship and lifestyle even in their busy schedule . The curriculum should also include communication skills. It is very important to convey the message to the patient and the caregivers to maintain transparency and faith in the hospital, doctors and in the nursing care.
