The playing court is a rectangle that measures 18 m x 9 m. You need to be sure that there are 4 right angles, so you need a protractor or similar device. Start with one 9m strip. Lay out the 2, 18m strips, being sure they form right angles with the 9m. Lay out the second 9m strip. hence opposite sides are parallel

In second way consider 1 set of opposite sides are parallel side and measure the angles of other two sides by protector since the other two sides are equal therefore angle between them is 90 degree. therefore task 1 is better then task 2 because in task 2 we are measuring angles.
