ANS: In order to convince the patients to make payments after going through the problems & in order to resolve the dis-satisfaction of patients the office manager may take following actions -

  1. Firstly, manager should convince regarding the procedure of treatment & ask him/her to fix the appointment with doctor in order to get proper treatment.
  2. Offers patients some discounts to clear the past-due balance again convince to take advise from doctor.
  3. Referral to another doctor with the consult of doctor & tell them for the settlement of fees & that shall be adjusted with them in future further treatment.
  4. Reduce their Bills by cutting some extra adminstration charges in order to provide them some relied in making the bill payment.
