Many young people are attracted to the concept of vacation timeshare plan, particularly at a tropical location. After reading the text about timesharing, are you more or less likely to invest your money this way? Why, or why not?

Answer #1

A vacation time share involves initial up-front payment and yearly or periodic maintenance fees for the vacation.
I feel it is a poor investment because this investment might force you to revisits the same holiday destination again and again.. Even if you miss the vacation planned due to unctrollable factors yet you have to keep paying the fees, if it is non-deeded timeshare you cannot even rent the holiday property to somebody else. Moreover tropical locations are usually far off which will include air fares or other transportation costs which further escalate the cost. It is mere luxury and not value for money.

How do you foresee the research of today affecting the children of tomorrow? One example I can think of is the computer. Guaranteed, by the time our children are adults, they will know more about the computer than we do. Another example is that of the millions of diets that people should follow. Each one offsets the other. How...
