Main reasons for liking "Afro blue " and "Naima" by John Coltrane are as follows:

  • Even though they are released in 1960s their music is so much soothing that it directly contact woth the heart.
  • Afro blue is one of my favorite jazz. Here beats are grouped as four sets of three pulses and the bell pattern significantly contradicts that. Combined together it creates such a sweet melody that anyone can love.
  • By hearing their music in the evening after coming from office, all of my stress vanishes off.
  • their melodies are rhythmic in nature and rhymes in the mid which creates sense of pleasure after hearing them.
