Stereotypes and ethnocentrism is very broad eco-socio-psycho and interrelated concepts. stereo means in Greek form and solid where ethnocentrism means own their cultural perceptions.
Stereotypes and ethnocentrism limit successfully multinationals management- it may or may not be because it depend on many factors like- war, discrimination, bullying, genocide, understanding.
e.g.- history of socioeconomic of Pakistan or Russia or America. America and Russia successfully utilize it but not Pakistan. MNC in Russia and America are going to many managerial identifying works and in resourse allocation.
Yes, it applies to individuals e.g.- we can see various changes in living pattern, food patterns, Indian peoples have their own food or taste but also they choose pizza, McDonald's food, noodles etc.
Yes we identify cultural people in their 30s follow e.g.- epic of country means relation of India ,Nepal ,Srilanka eco_socio-politics.
Values that build our way of life- morality, honesty, humanities, openness are the best values. it varied as per country, e.g.- China values are different than India.
