The Commom Law Contract of employment in South Africa:-
   The contract of employment is the base of the relationship between an employee and his employer. The contract joints the employer and the employee in an employment corelation.
   There is no legal need in South Africa to have a written employment agreements.
The employer’s main duties owed to the employee:-
1.   Provide freedom of association to employees.
2.   Provide fair Labour practices.
3.   Give the right to form and join a trade union and to participate in the Union’s activities.
4.   Give the right to strike.
5.   Give the right to engage in collective bargaining.
6.   Give the right to form and join an employer’s organization and to participate in the activities of the organization.
