Answer-Being in the highly competitive market there is a large number of buyers and sellers in the market condition in which all the sellers want to sale their products to the consumers, in this market situation consumers are having lots of variety as well as options in these type of market the company can offer value can be achieved only by the only consumer satisfaction, the company can offer value by providing exactly what they offer to the consumer, asking customers why they want to purchase and why they don't want to purchase the product, the company can also offer value by working on feedback which is provided by the customers to have improved in the business. The company can also offer value by providing the best services and past results and purity of their product, good communication will help the company to make their goodwill in gaining position.

2. By good hospitality to the consumers when they are visiting the company .
