It can actually be mentioned that gender matters a lot in economic analysis where the disparities in gender can get to contribute the differences in the economic inequality as well as slow economic growth on the whole. For example, the labour force participation rate is different between men and women then there is a difference in gender participation rate as a result of which, less amount of production can happen as a result of which the economy could go down. Apart from that the wage gaps can also affect the productivity levels and due to the less motivation, and this can result in reduced spending a s a result of which, the economy gets a hit
