The agent of socialization that I chose was family/gender role.For this discussion, select one agent of socialization and describe a specific norm that one might learn from that source. Family is agent of socialization .

Socialization is life long process .But childhood is most crucial stage and foundation of socialization. So Family is most influencive agenda for socialization .at the age of infant , we are totally depend on family members of parents , elder brother or sister who taught us how behave , how to talk with elder, and teach us group life , maintain close relationship.so most important norms that have learned is cooperation from the family that immensly helps to understand the social situations , improve social relationship , and occurred effectual socialization. Family is very cooperative and alwysa they take care of each other and fulfill their own duties in responsible way . Genuinely we have learnt how coperate with other people also in society which enhance socialization.

As a teacher , the norm of cooperation is very effective to for play influencively social role. Students are provided learning very coperatively .They hepls to utlize for resources in proces of socialization .as a teacher , we are organizing collobrative learning for exploring and interaction of ideas, oponion of learners with the influence of norm cooperation for leading this social role.
