As creative manager of a small group of employees in the advertising department, you notice one of your designers has withdrawn from the meetings and is not offering no input. This employees alienation concerns you. What would you do to socialize employee and engage them into their job?

This is indeed a very tricky situation as in this regard I would enter the employee satisfaction level the most and as a result of this I would conduct weekly meetings and according to the herzberg two factor theory I would appreciate people who did well in their work and the other people I would ask them to come forward and address their issues that personally or privatelyso that this would be result as a result of which they would be motivated to do their work.
