How would I cite this source in MLA? Thank you. Its an econ paper but he wants it in MLA for some reason!!

Global economy experienced a prolonged recession in the period 2008-09 that started to crawl in the US economy. Rising housing prices in 2006-07 was clearly an indicator of a housing bubble and not a consequence of restrictions imposed by local governments. The Sub-prime crisis acted in a similar manner and when bank panics occurred in the US, consumers became uncertain about the prosperity of the market economy.

The federal government did bail out AIG because the financial market was tottering already. The collapse of AIG would have brought down many of the other financial institutions.

The federal government bailout was reprimanded by many financial market experts, alleging it for not extending the aid to Lehman Brothers. The Fed allowed it to go bankrupt. The government received severe backlash, however its decision was considered appropriate thereafter.
