Basically redlining is concerned with restrictions in certain activities so that a ceratin section of society is not able to have access over it. These goods services or even credit are therefore not allowed to be used to be used by a certain group of people. Nozick believed that if a thief has stolen something, he can never be entitled to it and in similar manner, we cannot deny that there must be at least some amount of goods owned by white America that is not gained legitimately or to which they can be entitled. Apart from slavery, there were restrictions posed on the black Americans on owning homes in certain neighborhoods and this was done in the context of his “red-lining” process.
