When neutron gets trapped within the nucleus of an atom the energy of the neutron is not quantized because there is no concern about the ionization of that atom due to the tripping neutron hence we can say that the neutron can take any type of energy it will not take a fix amount of energy in excitation so when the neutron gets trapped with the nuclear the neutrons energy is not quantized.

10. Bhai ionising Helium or hydrogen atom we know that there are two electrons in the hydrogen Orbit so when ionization of hydrogen takes place there remains only one electron and proton were shielding the electron in the nucleus hence it is very very hard to remove that electron again because the binding energy will be very high so it is not easier to generate the electrons by ionizing Hydrogen Helium atoms
