Yes exclusionary rule is necessary and a good one because it is very important for legal protection. If you have watched crimes shows on television you must have seen the officers are discussing about the evidents and warrants. In one of the cases in united States they found that the defendant has obtained the evidents in an illegal way so the court has just thrown out those evidence before the trail. The evidence must collect when you a warrant and legal probable cause.

The constitutional rights can also be protected in following ways-

• Freedom of speech
• Freedom of religion
• Right to bear and keep the arms in order to maintain militia
