Many people have fear of public speaking in academic, professional, personal and in so many areas. there are so many benefit of public speaking like

(1) over come of fear. a person must learn to write a speech and deliver it.

(2) build confidence. speaking in public and professional also increase the confidence in the person

(3) practice and prepare . the person must prepare the speech which he/she want to deliver in front of public.

(4) Eliminate fear of rejection. the person must eliminate all the fear of rejection.  

(5)Record your voice . Record your speech on your phone or video. then listen to it or witch it, and make notes on how you could make it better.

(6) Write your speech so you have a plan for what you want to say.
