• Inconsistency / Lack of qualified teachers
  • Not all schools have bilingual education programs
  • Most children lose their second language ability for this reason
  • Lack of qualified to teachers who can ensure both second language learning and content learning simultaneously
• Specific Content Learning
  • As the student struggles with language and content ( different concepts) at the same time, learning effectiveness remains an issue
• Stigma
  • Bilingual education is often stigmatized
  • Some communities see it as welcoming someone in their own community
  • Some communities see it as enabling immigrants to embrace their life
• Attitude of Ignorance
  • Students who do not particularly enjoy learning a new language or study different cultures may feel ignored
