During Preparation:-
1) problem of having a clear aim.- the main aim of any negotiation is to achieve the objective. One sometimes loose their focus from the aim in tough situations.
2) problems faced during information gathering- information regarding other party's offering must be gathered in order to get the clear idea on the negotiation.
3) mental pressure - one may feel a lot of mental pressure during the preparation and many time anxiety takes over us and we loose focus.
On table:-
1. lack of confidence- one may face lack of confidence in front of the other party and may be able to convey his point efficiently.
2. sometimes the opposite party is not ready to consider one's point at all.
3. lack of time- one may not be able to convey their point due to lack of time.
