  • Unification means consolidation of all trial courts and trial court jurisdictions into a single state wide.The key components of court unification include simplified court structure ,centralized administration,centralized rule making,centralized judicial budgetry and statewide financing.
  • The advantages of having a single unified judicial system in the country include, there is uniformity in justice. If a citizen disatisfied with the judgement given in any lower court he or she can appeal to a higher court. If a fundamental rights ia violated, the citizen can appeal either tp the High Court or to the Supreme Court and the courts can issue writs to safeguard and enforce the fundamental rights. So it have greater efficiency than those systems not unified.
  • A unified court system will enhance the efficiency and protect individual rights efficiently.
