Answer #1

'Public health' refers to health at a large. In other words it is concerned with the health of common people/public at a large. The authorities aim to keep people free from diseases as it is a very common issue which might lead to severe problems and even prove to be fatal. We know that the Prevention is better than cure. And so Prevention aims to avoid any disease or problem by adopting some measures.

There are 3 levels of prevention as mentioned below-Amongst all these,i believe that the Primary prevention is the most effective, easiest, simplest and the cheapest and that should be the prime focus for health policy makers and providers. This can be done by making people aware, encouraging them to adopt a healthy life style, practicing YOGA etc.
