Some of the most important achievement were vaccines, workplace safety etc. The vaccine became the most important achievement because die to increased risk of the infectious diseases, there were chances of pandemic situation. So, the vaccine was the need of the time. Hence vaccine was the one of greatest achievement. It improved the health rate and herd immunity.

The most likely achievement in the 21st century would be reduction mainly in the death rates due to the chronic diseases. The improved pattern should be adopted to provide quality of care. This is because many people die due to chronic illness hence it is important to achieve better results in this area.
