This is the case happening today with numerous countries where many companies are outsourcing their work to countries like India to earn huge profits, however it is upto the companies to decide whether they will go for it or not and there's now way that personal freedom can be restricted as all it needs is the balance of work and personal life where only few individuals can achieve it with ease. Of course, when comes in such cases, in my opinion, outsourcing work is indeed a smart tactic and is also legal across the globe.
