Brand development: Creating a own brand value and after than enetering into other markets by developing new goods and services by creating a global market for the product this is called brand development. FOr brand development this will require time effort money and on whole hard work. Once you acheive a status where your brand value increases than you are having market globally

ex: Apple company

Brand Acquisition is that where buyinga a brand which already have its own value by other firms. These are like where there is no need to create any market for the brand as its already an existing brand value for that. SO the rival company wanted to cash its market by buying.
