Think of a company with a brand that you like and one with a brand that you dislike. What accounts for the difference between the two? Is CSR related at all?

I like the brand US Polo and dislike the brand Pepe Jeans. This is because of the fact that the price structure is relatively same but US Polo offers good quality clothing with good variations in their products and their service levels are equally good which makes me like the brand. Pepe Jeans on the other hand have low quality products according to me and the trend they follow aren't good. However in my choices, the CSR activities aren't considered anywhere .
