Describe FCA inco term??

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Answer - The FCA inco term is the short form of free carrier whereby the seller or the exporter of the goods is responsible for the clearance of the goods at the port and he hands over the goods to the carrier. The buyer on his part must clearly specify the point of delivery to the seller in the contract of sales to avoid any confusion. It is as per the term responsibility and obligation of the seller to get the goods handed over to carrier at the point of delivery specified.
