Answer #1

step -1

Increase the strength of nerve impulses along pathway which have been used along pathway which have been used previously with in longer term is called long term potentiation .In neuro science , long term potentiation is a Persistant strengthing of synapses based on recent pattern of activity .This is a pattern of synaptic activity that produce a long lasting increase a signal transmission between two neurons .

The opposite of LTP is long term depression which produce a a long lasting decrease a synaptic strength.LTP is considered widely cellular mechanism for enhancing widely for learning and memory. It is also majorly used in clinical psychology to deal with alzamier diseases and addiction medicine.Long term depression is neuro physiology is an activity dependent reduction in the efficacy of neuronal synapses lasting hour or longer period of time.long term depression generally occured due to suffered depression for longer periods of time .when diffrent kinds neurons release neurotransmitters then also caused long term depression.LTD is one of the several process that seves to selectively weaken specifc synpses in order to make constructive use of synaptic strengthening caused by LDP

importants for neuroplasticity

Neuro plasticity is the ability of brain to Change individual through out the life .LTP and LTD is analogous process may be harnessed as tools to recover lost funtion in the nervous system and to ameliorate the effect of pathological activity .
