Identify the author and write five carefully chosen sentences on the meaning of the quotation.

  1. “You acquire humility only by accepting humiliations. All that has been said about humility is not enough to teach you humility. All that you have read about humility is not enough to teach you humility. You learn humility only by accepting humiliations. And you will meet humiliation all through your life. The greatest humiliation is to know that you are nothing.” ---- Mother Teresa

Answer #1

Mother Teresa says that though if you read a lot about humiliation and have been humiliated, that doesn't make any difference if you don't take it. She tells that you can only succeed and understand the true meaning of life when you get to take humiliation. , only then you can get to learn something out of it. The final statement tells that if you keep on receiving humilation and nothing has been accepted by you, then the final humilations you'll get to learn is that you'll know you're nothing. In order to avoid this you've to start accepting them to understand the real meaning of life. This can overall sketch you as a better person all in all.
