Answer #1

Agreement in literal term means a binding between two individuals on certain terms and conditions agreed by both of them. However, international agreement refers to the contractual agreement between two nation's under certain terms and conditions. This is a difficult task and becomes more difficult with the environmental issues as their major determinants for any economy. Since we know that all the economies vary based on their geographic conditions such as area, temoera temperature or on theirtlolktikhei. So all these factors collectively contributes to mismanagement of the environmental resources.
